But we consider our specialty to be concentrating on PREVENTION of disease.

What insurances do you accept?

There is a changing climate in insurance coverage, and with the sheer number of differences in policies, we cannot participate with all of them. We will be happy to submit a claim on your behalf, however, the reimbursement checks will come directly to you. Because of this, we do require payment in full at the time of service. And for patients with Medicare, we do accept the Medicare allowed reimbursements.

What should I bring for my initial appointment?

As the first appointment will be about an hour and a half long, take advantage of this time to have your medical history written down. This basic information will enable Dr. John to zero in on the areas that might be of concern to you. Also have questions ready that you would like to discuss with the doctor. Routine, non-invasive tests are done like height, weight, blood pressures, oxygen saturation, and listening to your heart.

What is the cost for the first appointment?

The initial appointment is $350.00. This in depth interview time will allow for you to get information on ways this practice can partner with you for achieving your health goals. Subsequent visits will be charged at the normal rate.

Can I e-mail the doctor for a diagnosis of my medical problem or for a prescription?

This practice believes that for the best care, it is important to call the office. Any change in your condition, no matter how small, should be addressed by setting up an appointment. Alternatively we can schedule a phone appointment with the Doctor if you are currently a patient of ours. That is charged at the same rate as an office call.
